"We sold our 2-bedroom flat through ea2 that we chose after we met with a few local estate agents. Their valuation was higher, their fees were competitive and they made a good first impression. ea2 were very good in terms of communication. We were kept well informed of the flat viewings and received quick & reasonably detailed feedback on the viewings. Once we had accepted our buyer's offer, the communication process carried on and was very good overall. ea2 returned our calls quite swiftly and always strived at finding answers to our questions. The only disappointment with the service offered by ea2 related to their valuation, which they got slightly wrong. Although there was some logical reasoning behind their proposed value, this was not a true reflection of the local market at the time. We ended up selling at a price which was closer to one of their competitors. But overall, we were very pleased with ea2's service & performance and would recommend them to our friends."
